Interpersonal Process Groups
Therapy groups for individuals seeking deeper self-understanding and more authentic, satisfying relationships.
How we relate to others and understand ourselves shapes every part of our emotional lives. Many of us repeat familiar patterns, feeling disconnected, misunderstood, or afraid to express our needs. Interpersonal process groups offer a space to explore these experiences in real time within a supportive and dynamic community.
Members often join to work on:
Difficulty forming or maintaining close relationships
People-pleasing, withdrawal, or fear of conflict
Anxiety or self-doubt in social situations
Emotional disconnection or numbness
Challenges accessing or expressing empathy
Feeling unseen, misunderstood, or "too much"
Shame or self-criticism
Grounded in modern analytic group therapy, these ongoing groups help members:
Increase awareness of emotional and relational patterns
Experience genuine connection and belonging
Learn to express feelings and needs with more confidence
Deepen understanding of self through real-time feedback
Practice new ways of relating that foster growth and intimacy
You do not have to navigate relationships alone. Through group, discover the power of healing, emotional contact, and community.
